Shipping Policy and Delivery Time
The products presented on our website are not available in Brazil and are sent directly from our manufacturers located in the USA, China, Sweden and Germany.
The estimated average delivery time for products is 2 to 8 weeks after the dispatch date, and there may be variations in the deadline by the Post Office, the Federal Revenue Service and possible problems with postal strikes, in addition to other factors beyond our control. Due to Covid-19, the Post Office is working in a reduced manner with fewer employees, and delivery times may be extended up to 12 weeks.
All purchases have tracking code which will be sent to the customer's email within 7 to 12 business days and can be tracked from departure from the country of origin to arrival at your home.
Delivery is always made by the Post Office, however, in some cases, such as an absent recipient, regions with delivery restrictions, among other reasons, the Post Office may leave a notice to collect the products at the branch closest to the address provided.
Based on our experience, 85 % of products are delivered within 30 days of posting.
If the order is for 2 or more products, they may be sent separately and a tracking code will be issued for each product.
We ask Pay attention when filling in the delivery address to ensure that it is done within the established deadline. Remembering that the order cannot be changed after 24 hours of placing it on the website, as the product has already been separated for shipping within this period, and it will also not be possible to cancel the purchase after 24 hours.
As it is an international order, tracking information on the Correios website may occur between 5 and 20 business days after the tracking code is provided. Products damaged during transport are the responsibility of the postal services.
Filling in the delivery address must be reviewed by the buyer before confirming purchase, and if the product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient data, it will be the customer's sole responsibility. In case of unsuccessful delivery by the Post Office, it will be available at the agency for collection, but if not, it will be returned to the sender abroad. After confirmation of resend, the delivery period will be valid from the date of this confirmation, which will be recorded in the order record.
As it is an import service, any and all goods are subject to bureaucracy or customs taxes.
To Ferlyan is responsible for possible costs (fees, charges and taxes) increased by the government. The customer who is taxed has 48 hours to contact the company, sending the completed document to the post office that corresponds to the taxation.
In case of resending, a new delivery period will apply.
