Refund Policies

In case of exchange, if complied with exchange and returns policies , the customer will receive a voucher for the value of the returned product (excluding shipping costs) which can be used to purchase one or more products from the website www.ferlyan.com.br, valid for 30 days.

In case of return, if the conditions of the exchange and returns policies , the customer will only receive the amount paid for the product (we will not refund shipping) using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If the purchase was made using a credit card, the amount will be refunded on the customer's next invoice. In case of payment by bank slip on Mercado Pago, the amount will be credited to the customer's Mercado Pago account and the customer must request the withdrawal to their bank account.
