EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Our biggest commitment is to your complete satisfaction. When receiving the merchandise at the delivery location, we ask the customer to check the condition of the packaging and if it is open/torn/violated/damaged, please do not accept it from the postman, as we will not exchange the product.
You have up to 7 days from the date of receipt to request cancellation due to dissatisfaction or manufacturing defect.
The exchange can be carried out under the following conditions:
- Product with manufacturing defect;
- Receipt of incorrect product;
- Dissatisfaction/regret about the purchase.
NOTE: In case of dissatisfaction with products from different units, no more than 2 pieces may be tampered with and only after informing us that you did not like them. If this happens, we reserve the full right not to proceed with the return/refund procedures.
The customer must contact the Customer Service Center via email: contato@ferlyan.com.br to receive instructions for returning the product. Shipping will be borne by the buyer, except in cases of a product with a manufacturing defect or receipt of an incorrect product. In these cases, the buyer can send proof of postage by email to receive a refund of the shipping cost.
NOTE: We do not carry out exchanges due to changes in color, model and size. According to the law, this is not mandatory and the website or seller decides whether to accept it or not. For logistical reasons we do not perform this procedure.
We reserve the right to carry out an analysis of the returned product within 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of receipt at our center.
Exchanges and returns will not be accepted in the case of:
- The product is not in the original packaging;
- Violation of labels;
- Signs of use;
- Shipping of the product after the warranty period.
In the event of a return, if the conditions above are met, the customer will only receive the amount paid for the product (we will not reimburse shipping) using the same payment method used at the time of purchase. If the purchase was made using a credit card, the amount will be refunded on the customer's next invoice. In case of payment by bank slip on MercadoPago, the amount will be credited to the customer's MercadoPago account and the customer must request the withdrawal to their bank account.
