1. What size should I choose?
We remind you that just above we have a table about the sizes of our Sandals. Just check the table and check which size to choose. It is worth remembering that our products are imported, therefore the numbering is two sizes smaller than in Brazil. In other words, if you wear a 36, the size to choose should be a 38. 2. What is the Sandal’s manufacturing material?
The Sandal is made with Ethylene Vinyl Acetate ( EVA). EVA is a flexible, rubberized polymer with adhesive properties and waterproof, lightweight and non-slip components to keep your feet cool, safe and comfortable throughout the day.
3. How does the exchange work if I buy a different size?
Stay calm! As soon as the product arrives, we will contact you to find out if everything went well. If you have any type of problem and wish to request an exchange, just contact us within 7 calendar days after the product arrives. We will ask for the product to be sent to our office and we will ask our suppliers to send the correct Sandal. We are here to solve any type of problem. Whatever it is, you can count on us.
